If you use a document generation program for your probate files, we will create the required documents from your document generation program. We will present the documents to you for your review, and we will assist you with one round of amendments to the generated documents.

For an additional hourly rate, we also provide a number of supports for estate administration steps, such as:

• advertising for creditors
• generating documents required to call in assets
• preparation of interim and final accounts packages, including accountings, consents and releases

We do not provide the following services:

• negotiating undertakings
• legal advice to you or your clients
• instructing you with respect to the legalities of the transaction
• holding or paying out trust funds
